What do I do if my items arrive damaged?

In the rare instance that your package is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with proof by providing an image within 48 hours of the delivery date (including the courier bag). All items are carefully checked prior to shipping and our courier company is liable for any damage during transit. 

How much is shipping?

All prices for shipping within the UK and internationally vary on the weight and size of the item. For any enquiries on this, please feel free to email or call us and we can advise you from there. 

How would you advise I clean my Crystals?

There are multiple different ways you can cleanse your Crystals, one common option is to leave them under a full moon over night whether this is on your windowsill or outside in the garden (bearing in mind they are protected by any outside elements that may effect them). You may also use Sage or Palo Santo to clear away any negative energy. 

How often should I clean my Crystals?

If your Crystals are placed around your home, we would advise you clean them once a month or sooner if they are looking dull. However, if there is a lot of negative or stressful energy in a room your Crystals will need to be cleansed more frequently.

If your Crystals are used for healing then you will need to cleanse them after every healing session.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes, only physical addresses.
